What's the F in My Water?

Fluoride is added to drinking water with the pretext that it helps prevent cavities. However, recent scientific studies have shown that even minimal levels of fluoride have toxic effects on the body and brain. The city of Toronto began fluoridating Toronto's water in 1963 and since then numerous activist groups and prominent activists have lobbied city council to discontinue fluoridating. Recently other large cities, such as Calgary have discontinued the practice.  We will review the recent health effects and current efforts to rid the practice of water fluoridation in Toronto.
